Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized dining experiences in accordance with ultra-luxury hospitality standards and brand guidelines. Independently manage a designated service station and ensure flawless guest experience from greeting to farewell.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with courtesy, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring immediate resolution or escalation when required. Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure seamless service flow and flawless guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and back-of-house spaces at all times. Actively contribute to upselling premium food and beverage items while enhancing the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of international service standards and luxury etiquette. Confident English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong upselling and guest engagement skills. High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness.
