Responsibilities
- Perform professional spa treatments including massages, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies Deliver exceptional guest service and create a relaxing luxury spa experience
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and fully prepared before each session Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism Supervise and support junior spa therapists and spa attendants
- Excellent massage and therapy techniques Strong customer service and communication skills Leadership and mentoring abilities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or wellness centers Minimum 2–5 years of professional spa therapy experience Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field
- Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to recommend and upsell spa treatments and retail products Professional appearance and positive attitude
- International spa certifications are an advantage Experience in luxury hospitality brands or 5-star spas Knowledge of aromatherapy, wellness therapies, and holistic treatments
- Guest-focused mindset Attention to detail Teamwork and professionalism Time management and organizational skills
