Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies
- Replenish minibar items, toiletries, tea/coffee supplies, and room amenities Ensure all rooms are neat, clean, and properly arranged before guest arrival Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to supervisors
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally Follow housekeeping schedules and complete assigned rooms within required timeframes Maintain housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and cleaning equipment in an organized condition
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality is preferred Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and lift items for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks within deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and hotel procedures
