Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, tag, and organize guest laundry, staff uniforms, and hotel linens Operate laundry equipment such as washing machines, dryers, steamers, and ironing machines when required
• Inspect garments and linens for stains, damages, or special cleaning instructions Ensure proper washing, drying, folding, ironing, and packaging of laundry items Maintain accurate laundry records, billing information, and inventory logs
• Attention to detail and fabric care awareness Organizational and time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic administrative or record-keeping skills

Requirements

• Previous experience in laundry operations, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred Basic knowledge of laundry procedures, fabric care, and stain treatment
• Ability to operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines Good organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest
