Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the stewarding team Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and food storage areas
  • Train, guide, and support stewarding staff in cleaning procedures and operational standards Assign tasks and monitor team performance during shifts
  • oordinate with chefs and kitchen departments to support smooth kitchen operations Inspect kitchen and back-of-house areas regularly to ensure cleanliness compliance Handle breakages, equipment issues, and maintenance reports

Requirements

  • Previous experience in stewarding, kitchen operations, or hospitality is required Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory experience in stewarding or food & beverage operations preferred
  • Ability to supervise, train, and motivate a stewarding team Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or catering operations Basic English communication skills required; additional languages are an advantage Knowledge of inventory control and waste management procedures
