Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your assigned section Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
- Take full responsibility for your station (mise en place, cleanliness, organization) Ensure all ingredients are prepped and ready before service
- Supervise and train commis chefs and kitchen assistants Delegate tasks efficiently within your section
- Monitor stock levels for your section Assist with ordering supplies and minimizing waste
- Work closely with other sections to ensure timely service Communicate with Sous Chef and Head Chef
- Handle pressure and maintain speed without compromising quality Ensure dishes are sent out on time and correctly
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- trong attention to detail and food presentation Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary diploma or professional cooking certification Experience in hotels, fine dining, or high-volume restaurants
