Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms according to luxury hotel standards. Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and ensure rooms are properly prepared for guest arrivals. Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean surfaces, and maintain overall room presentation.
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, mirrors, and floors. Replace used towels and restock toiletries and hygiene products.
- Ensure corridors, service areas, and housekeeping stations are clean and well organized.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests (extra towels, pillows, amenities). Provide friendly and discreet interaction with guests while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
- eport maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards in guest rooms or public areas to the supervisor. Record room status (clean, dirty, inspected, maintenance required) in the housekeeping system.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hotel operations is preferred.
- asic English is required for communication with guests and supervisors.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good time-management and organizational skills.
