Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff members, including chefs, waitstaff, and bartenders.
- Managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring profitable operations.
- Ensuring the quality and presentation of food and beverages meet standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in food safety, sanitation, or hospitality management are a plus.
- Several years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a minimum of 2-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in managing staff, budgets, and customer service. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
