Responsibilities
- Monitor swimming pool areas to ensure guest safety and comfort Provide towels, sunbeds, and poolside assistance to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool, deck, lounge chairs, and surrounding areas Ensure pool rules and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer service oriented Attention to cleanliness and safety
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service is preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of pool safety and hygiene standards Physically fit and able to lift pool equipment or towels when needed Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or beach clubs First Aid or CPR certification is an advantage
