Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the F&B team. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards. Assign duties and monitor staff performance during shifts. Assist in staff scheduling and shift planning.
- Guest Service & Satisfaction: Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally. Gather guest feedback and suggest service improvements.
- perations & Coordination: Monitor food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service efficiency. Ensure all tables, dining areas, and service stations are set up and maintained properly. Oversee stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of F&B supplies.
Requirements
- English language pre-intermediate and higher.
- Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor, Captain, or Senior Waiter (typically 2+ years). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional attitude and well-groomed appearance. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
