Responsibilities
- Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff (servers, chefs, hosts, etc.) Creating work schedules and ensuring adequate shift coverage Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues professionally Strong leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (minimum) Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
- Experience with: Staff scheduling and team leadership Inventory and cost control Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Solid understanding of restaurant operations
