Responsibilities

• Support Waiters and service team in delivering consistent, high-quality guest service.
• Assist with mise en place, table setup, clearing, resetting, and general service preparation.
• Serve food and beverages under supervision, following established service procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and back-of-house spaces.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support smooth coordination between service, kitchen, and bar teams.
• Follow grooming, uniform, and conduct standards at all times.
• Participate in training sessions and demonstrate willingness to learn luxury service standards.
• Assist during banquets, events, and high-volume service periods as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience food & beverage service in premium Hotel.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong teamwork skills and positive service attitude.
• Willingness to learn, follow standards, and develop within the organization.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior.
