Responsibilities
- Welcoming Guests: Greet villa guests warmly and ensure they feel at home upon arrival.
- Personalized Service: Assist guests with requests, special arrangements, and tailored services.
- Managing Check-ins/Check-outs: Oversee smooth villa check-in and check-out procedures.
- Coordinating Housekeeping: Ensure the villa is clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the stay.
- Providing Information: Offer recommendations on local attractions, dining, and activities.
- Handling Complaints: Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Stock Management: Monitor and restock villa amenities, ensuring all supplies are available.
- Maintaining Privacy: Respect guest privacy while delivering discreet and attentive service.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or as a hostess (preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure the villa is impeccably maintained and guest needs are met.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Customer-Oriented Attitude: Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks like reservations, guest requests, and inventory efficiently.
- Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed, in line with luxury hospitality standards.
