Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized dining experiences in accordance with ultra-luxury hospitality standards and brand guidelines. Independently manage a designated service station and ensure flawless guest experience from greeting to farewell.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of menus, ingredients, cooking methods, allergens, and beverage pairings to confidently guide guests. Serve food and beverages in a professional, elegant, and timely manner, ensuring correct presentation, temperature, and sequence of service.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering discreet, intuitive, and proactive service at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with courtesy, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring immediate resolution or escalation when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter. Confident English communication skills
- Strong upselling and guest engagement skills. High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment. Well-groomed appearance and excellent personal presentation.
