Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and provide a luxurious first impression.
• Escort guests to their desired locations within the hotel, such as restaurants, lounges, or meeting rooms.
• Offer assistance with inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Assist with special events or VIP arrivals by ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the lobby, ensuring it remains welcoming and aesthetically pleasing.
• Monitor guest traffic and coordinate with concierge, front desk, and security to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with the front desk, concierge, and guest relations teams to enhance service efficiency.
• Assist in handling guest complaints or special requests by promptly directing them to the appropriate department.
• Uphold the hotel’s luxury standards by offering personalized service to each guest.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end hospitality setting.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills to warmly interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Professional appearance and grooming, adhering to luxury hospitality standards.
• Customer service orientation, with the ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Multitasking abilities, handling guest inquiries while managing lobby flow.
• Basic computer skills, familiarity with hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for long periods and maintain high energy levels.
• Flexibility with work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A warm, welcoming personality with a passion for hospitality.
