Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols. Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Organize regular security training and awareness programs for staff.
• Assign roles and responsibilities within the security team and evaluate performance. Oversee the response to security breaches, alarms, or incidents.
• Lead investigations and produce detailed incident reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.
• Proven experience in a senior or supervisory security role, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Incident management platforms and security reporting tools. Emergency preparedness and response protocols.
