Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest requests with relevant hotel departments Provide professional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction Manage reservations, bookings, and appointment schedules when required

Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, front office, reservations, call center, or hospitality operations is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Good organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality brands Knowledge of Opera PMS or other hotel reservation systems Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
