Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set.
  • Handle assigned accounts and territories, maintaining and generating business through sales activities such as face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, entertainment, and site inspections.
  • Generate leads for the Groups & Events team to secure new business opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the property's unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Communicate the final details of all confirmed bookings to the Sales Manager and Director of Sales for contract preparation, ensuring prompt client signature on booking contracts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role within the hospitality or tourism industry, preferably in a luxury service environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
