Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice to facilitate purchase decisions while adhering to quality and customer service standards.
- Inventory Management: Support the Shop/Department Manager in maintaining inventories and placing product orders to ensure effective stock management and product availability.
- Team Supervision: Assign tasks to Sales Associates, Cashiers, and Coordinators, ensuring activities are carried out efficiently. Assist in staff scheduling to align manpower with operational requirements cost-effectively.
- Sales Monitoring: Communicate sales plans and targets to the team, monitor performance, and suggest corrective actions when necessary.
- Staff Development: Motivate team members, providing necessary training and development to optimize sales results.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with established protocols, including cash handling and reporting.
- Customer Feedback Management: Address customer complaints and operational issues promptly, providing solutions or escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the shop's image aligns with brand standards, overseeing cleanliness, display, and maintenance, including windows, cash areas, and stock rooms.
Requirements
- Approximately 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Prior experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
- English skills: Level - advanced.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong product knowledge relevant to the store's offerings.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to develop and motivate team members effectively.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Commercial understanding and strategic thinking.
