Responsibilities

• Full time job, 5 working days 8 hours a day ( 6 working hours, 2 hours break) within which the instructor will give group and private classes.
• Conduct Pilates classes that are safe, effective, and engaging for clients of all levels and abilities.Create customized workout plans for clients based on their fitness levels, goals, and any injuries or limitations.
• Provide hands-on assistance to ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and safely.Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Pilates techniques.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.Collaborate with other instructors and studio staff to create a welcoming studio environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience.Certificates and diplomas are required.Knowledge of English from intermediate level and above.
• A Pilates certification from a recognized institute in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair. - At least three years of teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy, movement patterns, and exercise physiology. Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Ability to modify exercises to accommodate clients with injuries or limitations. - Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings. - A Barre certificate is a plus.
