Fitness Instructor GRX

Conditions

• Total salary : AED 10,000 (including housing, transport, and all other allowances)
• Woking hours : 100 hours per month of group class teaching, 48-hour working week
• Annual leave : 30 days paid annual leave after 12 months of employment
• Airfare: covered by Employer
• Probation period : 6 months
• Accommodation : Possible salary advance for the first month for own accommodation payment (deductible from salary in 3 installments)
• Possibility of private sessions outside the studio facilities: to be arranged and managed by the Company

Responsibilities

• Teach group classes as per qualification,experience and studio schedule.
• Plan and prepare exercise programs for group classes on a weekly basis.
• Deliver energetic and engaging classes in English.
• Monitor and correct exercises during classes.
• Track and support client progress.
• Participate in internal team meetings.
• Participate in company-organized events from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a relevant field.
• Experience teaching group classes.
• Experience working as a full-time employee in a gym or studio.
• Certificates in GRX and high degree preferably in sport.
