Позиция: Enterprise Architect.

Место работы: Коммерческий банк Катара.

Условия:

  • Зарплата: высокая — обсуждается в ходе собеседования – 7000 -10 000$.

Обязанности:

  • Define and establish enterprise architecture principles, standards and guidelines, and procedures for architecture governance.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify architecture inefficiencies and provide recommendations to drive strategic alignment, and an effective, modernized and simplified technology portfolio.
  • Develop architecture models demonstrating how data, applications and technology interoperate within the organization.
  • Lead the technology innovation effort within the bank by identifying and researching leading edge, value-adding solutions that are consistent with the bank’s innovation strategy and priorities.
  • Collaborate on Proof of Concept activities to prototype and prove opportunities.
  • Recommend applications of such technologies to future product architectures.
  • Create artifacts that document organizational assets, standards and frameworks.
  • Translate business priorities into requirements for each Enterprise Architecture domain and develop the architecture roadmap.
  • Ensure compliance and technical integrity by establishing processes to monitor compliance with architectural standards.
  • Partner with business and technical teams develop optimal solution approaches to address business problems.
  • Work with executives from various groups to provide architectural recommendations & guidance as well as executive-level presentations.
  • Participate in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into valid software architecture.
  • Provide architectural expertise & domain knowledge to advise & guide senior leaders.
  • Actively participate in setting technical direction of the styles of computing.
  • Proactively identify and implement strategies to improve reliability, leveraging automation wherever possible.
  • Seeks to integrate digital methods for agile, rapid prototyping, and for business involvement.
  • Leverage metrics and analytics to gain insight for benchmarking, planning, design and management.
  • Develops a deep understanding of organizational complexity to build strong rapport with the appropriate matrix areas for the construction and delivery of the solution.

Требования:

Образование: University Degree at Bachelor or preferably Masters level.

Cертификаты: TOGAF 9.1/Zachman/BIAN

Опыт работы и навыки:

  • 7-10 years of experience designing and implementing technology related initiatives.
  • 7-10 years’ experience in Enterprise/Business Architecture development using frameworks such as TOGAF/Zachman/BIAN.
  • Extensive experience partnering with business and IT to develop an integratedarchitectural approach.
  • Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Extensive knowledge across architecture domains.
  • Experience of understanding, evaluating, and recommending changes to business process.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills required.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, learn and synthesize large amounts of information quickly.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities with peers and all levels of leadership
  • Understands the strategic technical direction of: Middleware, Continuous Integration and Deployment, Testing, Systems Management, Enterprise Data &Access Layers, Pertinent Styles of computing.
