Позиция: Business Analyst
Зарплата: Зарплата высокая, обсуждается в ходе собеседования от 3000- 3500$.

Условия:

  • Проживание: предоставляется бесплатно в апартаментах или вилле. Одноместное размещение.
  • Авиаперелет: оплачивается в обе стороны.

Требования:

  • Образование: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Опыт работы: 6 — 8 years’ relevant experience in IT with exposure to administrative or systems procedures analysis experience.
  • Знания и навыки:
    • Good working knowledge of IT services and system development.
    • Excellent project management skills.
    • Banking knowledge.
    • Knowledge in system integration and administration.
    • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
    • Good computer and MS office skills.
    • Arabic and English speaking preferred.

Обязанности:

IT Business Relationship Management

• Partnering with business users to gather all requirements to formulate business specifications and
• translating those into business functionality.
• Documenting workflows and results of business analysis and obtaining sign-off from users on specifications.
• Assisting the technical team in translating application functionality into application architecture and the production of a business functionality requirements statement.
• Communicating the business directives, goals, and needs to the technical team and serving as business interface from the enterprise’s operational management team managing expectations and defining business satisfaction metrics.
• Designing and executing test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional
• specifications are implemented properly and meet ROI objectives.
• Understanding the long-term business objectives and suggesting strategies to meet those objectives; introducing innovation to business processes through technology if appropriate.
• Assisting the enterprise’s business operations staff in developing content or other materials; recommending enhancements and identifying new business requirements
• Personal qualities: resourcefulness, responsibility, tenacity, independence, energy, and self-confidence, strong analytical skills, solid business judgment, creativity, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive management.
• Applies knowledge of system capacity to determine feasibility of projects.
• Maintains current knowledge of new hardware and software and recommends upgrading to maintain efficient operation.
• Works with IT application analysts and programmers as necessary.
• Performs analysis of department production and redesigns workflow if appropriate.

Project Management Support

• Analyze end user requirements, in liaison with business and concerned IT teams, in order to define appropriate solutions in the form of proposed new projects.
• Assist the business in developing projects / initiatives, including defining project objective, conducting cost benefit analysis, determining operational feasibility and estimating project timeline in order to facilitate the development of a comprehensive business case.
• Validate business requirements against incompleteness, deviations from architecture standards, feasibility, consolidate and evaluate project proposals and forward to superior for review.
• Keep business up-to- date on project progress, SLAs, helpdesk status, etc. through weekly/monthly updates in order to ensure business satisfaction.
• Work with appropriate bodies and monitor progress for request prioritization and approval.
• Manage the coordination between business and IT in case of complaints and take appropriate action including escalation, for timely resolution.
• Conduct post implementation reviews in order to ensure that the delivery is in accordance with the business expectations.

Continuous Improvement

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices in order to facilitate cost optimization and productivity improvement.

Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and
instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Statements and Reports
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet CBQ and department requirements, policies and standards.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment
Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
