Position: Hostess

Place of work: 5* Hotel, Doha, Qatar

Job responsibilities:

• Meeting guests, escorting them to the table, assistance in placing with all the amenities at the proposed location, ensuring the comfort of the guests during their stay in the restaurant.
• Acquaintance of visitors with the menu, if necessary – consultation, hint regarding the choice of dishes and drinks.
• Organization of the visit of guests by telephone, reservation of tables, receiving pre-orders.
• Work with a negative: polite reception of possible claims from guests of the restaurant, resolution of conflict situations with minimal damage to the image of the institution.
• Monitoring the performance of duties by waiters, bartenders and other staff.
• Maintenance of cleanliness, control of the hall’s compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards, table decoration, maintenance of order in the hall
